   No. BizTools Analytics only requires read-only access to your accounting application. It does not change your data file structure or content.

3. Will BizTools Analytics slow down my accounting application ?

   BizTools Analytics only impacts your accounting application during its Refresh task – and this can be scheduled for out-of-hours execution.

4. What’s the difference between BizTools Professional Analytics and BizTools Enterprise Analytics?

   BizTools Professional Analytics: • Has no limit on the number of Companies • Can define “Company Groups”, allowing multiple consolidated views of data from groups of Companies BizTools Enterprise Analytics: • Is limited to connecting to 3 Companies • Presents a single consolidated view of data from all Companies.

5. Will I need to install BizTools Analytics on every user’s PC?

   No. You can choose the “Client Server” license model, where BizTools Analytics is installed and administered on one server, and many “client” users access the BizTools Analytics content from their PCs. In this scenario, the “Client” user PCs do not need any extra software installed – they access BizTools Analytics content through their web browser and (optionally) using Excel.

6. Can I download BizTools Analytics?

   No. BizTools Analytics includes licensed software from Microsoft which is over 2GB in size. Therefore a reliable download is not practical for many people. When you order BizTools Analytics, you will be shipped a DVD with the software for a reliable installation.
