This ensures that you always have access to the latest version's features and enhancements. Support is only available to customers on a current, active support plan. Customers must be running the latest version of BizTools to receive technical support unless we make an exception at our sole discretion. After the first year, your plan will be automatically renewed to ensure uninterrupted access to plan benefits as per our Terms & Conditions.

Depending on the nature of your support issue we may request that you allow us to remotely access your machine and work with you or your designated IT support person to resolve the problem. If we request such access, fees and charges do not normally apply. You must be present and available for the duration of any remote support session.
