  2. Will BizTools Analytics change or corrupt my accounting application ?

    No. BizTools Analytics only requires read-only access to your accounting application.
    It cannot change your source data.

  3. Will BizTools Analytics slow down my accounting application ?

    No, BizTools Analytics only impacts your accounting application during its Refresh task.
    This can be scheduled to run automatically out-of-hours.

  4. What’s the difference between BizTools Professional and Enterprise Analytics?

    The core functionality is the same for both products except for:
    BizTools Professional Analytics:
    - Has no limit on the number of company data files you can process. 
    - Supports unlimited consolidated views of multiple company data files.
    BizTools Enterprise Analytics:
    - Is limited to connecting to 3 company data files.
    - Supports a single consolidated view of multiple company data files.

  5. Will I need to install BizTools Analytics on every user’s PC?

    No. You can choose to have BizTools Analytics installed and administered on your server. Users can access the BizTools Analytics content on your BizTools intranet site from their PCs. In this scenario, users do not need any extra software installed – they access BizTools Analytics content through their web browser and Excel.

  6. Can BizTools be installed in a hosted environment?

    It depends. Yes if it is a privately hosted setup and you have full access and control over the remote hosted machine. You may not be allowed to install BizTools in a shared QuickBooks hosted environment. Speak with your host, have them review our system requirements and suggest they contact us if required for more information.

  7. Can I download BizTools Analytics?

    No. BizTools Analytics includes licensed database software from Microsoft which is over 4GB in size.
    A reliable download is not practical for many people. When you first order BizTools Analytics, you will be shipped a DVD with the software. Subsequent updates or patches however are available to customers on active support via a secure download link.

  8. Can I cancel my Support Subscription?

    Yes, you may cancel your support subscription by contacting us via email. Support plan subscriptions may be cancelled upon 30 days notice via email prior to your renewal date. Your annual renewal date for your support subscription is the date of your original order. Processed payments will not be refunded.
