Typographical, product description, pricing, images and other errors are subject to correction, even after orders and/or payment are accepted. BizTools hereby disclaims all other warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Other 3rd Party brands or product names are trademarks or service marks of their respective owners, may be registered in various jurisdictions and should be regarded as such by users of this site. BizTools does not endorse or otherwise any 3rd party products other than such explicit endorsement that may appear from time to time on this website. Licensing and Support

For licensing and product support related inquiries, please refer to the support page on this website or contact us via email. You may email us by visiting the Contact page on this site, and choosing Customer Support as the subject of your inquiry. We will generally respond to your enquiry within one business day, usually by email.

Support Scope

Support is only available to customers on an active support plan. Your support plan entitles you to free, BizTools product related technical support via email. BizTools shall not be responsible for connectivity issues caused by third-party services, service providers, hardware, or software. Your support plan does not cover inquiries on accounting or compliance practices. Support does not include application consulting or live training or other remote technical services except that which may be included with your initial purchase or ordered separately or as may be offered from time to time via free customer training webinars.

Terms of Purchase

All purchases made via this site are in USD. Sales made to shipping addresses in Australia are subject to GST. Sales to other countries are not subject to tax at the point of purchase. You are liable for any local, state or federal taxes or other government charges that may apply in your region. All software products and related services are sold on the basis that they are not refundable except at our sole discretion.

If you purchased your software under an installment payment plan (for example 12 equal monthly payments) you are committed to all payments under the plan. If you do not complete all payments, the software will be de-activated and no longer usable.
After completing the payment plan however, you own the license(s) and the software will not be deactivated and will still be useable regardless of the status of your support plan subscription.

You acknowledge that your purchase includes enrollment to the BizTools support & maintenance plan. Your support plan will automatically renew each year upon the anniversary of your original purchase order date and be charged to your credit card either annually or monthly based upon the billing plan you selected when you made your initial purchase unless you notify us via email upon a minimum 30 days notice prior to your renewal date. Your subscription renewal to the BizTools Analytics support & maintenance plan commits you to a 12 month term. You must pay for all 12 months (or 1 year based upon your billing plan) in full.

Under an active support & maintenance plan, you receive free access to online support & training resources along with any updates and new product releases when and if available. This ensures that you always have access to the latest version's features and enhancements. It is important to note that your plan fees entitle you to updates of the entire BizTools product including the related Microsoft SQL Server licenses. In order to remain eligible for updates to all the software components that form the integrated solution, your support plan must remain active. In the event that your plan lapses due to non-payment or cancellation, after a 14 day grace period, you will no longer be eligible for any future updates or upgrades or support unless you purchase a new license.

Support plan subscriptions may be only cancelled via email through the contact form on this website upon a minimum 30 days notice prior to your renewal date. Late notifications will not be accepted and processed support plan payments are not refundable.


BizTools will make every effort to ship your order to you within a reasonable amount of time after receiving your order.
Most orders will be dispatched within 1 business day subject to verified payment.
Payment by methods other than Credit Card if made available to you may lead to delays in shipping.
Delivery times may vary depending on your delivery address and other factors beyond our control.
Delivery times indicated or quoted on this web site are estimates only and not a guarantee of delivery within the time shown.
Estimated days shown below are business working days.

  • USA – 7 to 10 days (outside major metro areas may take longer).
  • Australia – 2 to 5 days

Faulty Media

In the event that you receive your software and that the media (DVD or other) appears to be faulty or damaged in transit, you should notify us immediately. In most cases, replacement media will be re-shipped at no charge. In some cases, if we deem practical considering the file sizes we may send you a secure link to download software at our sole discretion.


Our privacy, shipping, support and other policies are posted on this website and are subject to review from time to time.


All purchases under this web site and these terms and conditions are subject to the laws of Victoria, Australia. The terms & conditions of access to this website, sale or rental of goods or other use, are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You, the customer, agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
